Check your email
Look for your Drivria order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If you do not see them, check spam, promotions, or junk folders.
Open carrier tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Carrier scans may appear after the package reaches the first sorting facility.

If your tracking is stalled or your package appears delivered but cannot be located, email sservice@drivria.com with your order number.

Please check porches, mail rooms, parcel lockers, reception desks, side doors, and neighbors before reporting a missing delivered package.
